Julep eyeliners

Has anyone used these? Are they easy to use and do they smug during the day or hopefully stay put? I am thinking about trying them. Thanks

@jobiz,  From what I have seen early this a.m., the eyeliners glide on.  There is no tugging.  Amy also demonstrated on her hand how the liner glides on.  Cat Happy

I bought these a few months ago.  I really like them.  Glide on easily.  I find that they do stay put, haven't had any issues with them whatsoever.  Would definitely repurchase.
