Jing Jang Creme - Used for years but not available anymore???

I have used Jing Jang creme for years. It's the only thing that will stop my nostrils from cracking and hurting from the cold. I don't see it available anymore (my jar lasted years), and I was wondering if anyone knew of a good alternative. I've tried Aquafor, Vaseline, etc, but nothing else has worked. Any ideas will be appreciated.
