Jennifer Flavin Stalone....is something different about her?

I just turned on Hsn and she is on and I feel she must have done something to her nose. I feel I can look straight into the nose holes and I have watched her many times as she has been on this channel for many years and never noticed anything different about her. It is none of my busines what she does but I guess I just wonder if I am seeing things or is there really something different.
