Maybe Jane uses all those foundations, one on top of the other?  😄

OK.  But there are ladies here who have (to me at least) massive supplies of cosmetics and skin care that they love and use.  If they were talking about the "only" thing they use, they could mean: Today, last year, a week ago, two days ago, etc.

They have mounds of this stuff that they try, use, think it is good but something new is better and on to that they go.  So I think that is more common than not with lots of those who love and enjoy cosmetics and skin care.  If they were on tv, what would THEY say?Woman Very HappyWoman WinkWoman Embarassed

@Carmie Sell, sell, sell is one thing. Lie, lie, lie is something else entirely.

I remember years ago Lisa Robertson gave an interview and tour of the "behind the scenes" and mentioned that the hosts are trained to never say they use/love something if it's not true. I guess that's no longer the case.

@LuvSoCal   There is no proof the hosts are lying.  They have access to try every cosmetic product in the inventory and try every food they demostrate. They don't have to put money out to try these things and they get freebies.

Most of us like and use different products.  We often interchange shampoo, hair conditioners, bath soap, toothpaste, paper products and many other things.

It is possible to like more than one product that has the same use.

The forum posters accuse them of lying, but that's just speculation.  In reality, they probably do lie about some things.  All people do.

I've seen some doozies from some posters over the years as well.

They get free product to use in preparation to selling the stuff so they sound like they are long time users in order to beef up sales during their shows.

I know the that I use Laura Geller's Balance in Brighton and I love it but I also use ITs CC cream and I love that and last week Amy Morrison talked me into buying Tartes Glow Bar that has the foundation, bronze glow and highlighter all in one and I love that! I use all 3 of them (not together)depending on what I'm wearing and how the weather is.
Sometimes I don't want powder on my face, but I have options and I change my mind a lot. I like to try new things too. Maybe Jane does too. It's nice to see so many perfect people here.

@San Antonio Gal I agree. However, I think she maintains the tone, tightness, and clarity of her skin through lasers. I've done lasers a couple of times and they are far more powerful than any skincare. They don't give you that" I had just had surgery look," but brighten and tone the skin. Something no serum or moisturizer is going to do. I bet she doesn't mention that.

I realize that a host isn't going to say, "I tried this and it was total kr@p on my skin.  It settled in my lines, turned orange during the day, had all but disappeared during the day, yada yada".  BUT saying you use every product everyday is lying IMO.

I have heard hosts on HSN say to a vendor, "I haven't seen this before OR I haven't had a chance to try this.  Tell us about it."  And then they let the vendor talk about THEIR product.

I find this refreshing.

Oh, and I don't need to know there are 2500 left in medium tan.  I would rather hear how the product performs from the vendor.
