Those earrings are way too large, gawdy for a pretty lady.  The earrings take over the photo.

I like J Lo and think she's beautiful.  I don't think this photo is a good one of her.  I just see a pixie cut wig and mammoth sized earrings. 

But, the job is being done, which is promoting J Lo and it gets people talking.

If you follow JLo on Instagram, she posts photos of herself without make-up, hair pulled back.  She has a very, very receded hairline naturally.

I have no doubt this is a real haircut.  All the long, flowing hair we see her in are extensions adding volume to her hair and often length.  You can tell by seeing her home videos on social media that her hair isn't as thick as it generally looks.
