It Cosmetics - How do I open case?

Hi Ladies! Well, I have a few past TSVs and I'm just now opening them. Or trying to. Does anyone have the face case thing that has the blush, bronzer it in it? I cannot open it. I'm pushing on the lever but heck, it's not budging. Is there any secret to this. I'm frustrated. Thank you for your help!
