It CC cream: silver packaging flaking off....

I really like the It cosmetics CC cream and have used it for a couple months. Recently I noticed silver sparkling flakes on my face after I put it on. I realized it came from the painted plastic tube. The silver paint is cracked and flaking off. Has anyone else experienced this?
