Isomers and Retin A?

I just received all my Isomer serums the other day and so far I really like them. Many thanks to Lyn for her suggestions for day and night schedules. I also ordered Retin A .05 cream. This is a first for my 53 y/o face. My skin is just slightly dry and tolerates the Neutrogena Pro retinol very well.

How do I add this to my Isomer products?

I would really appreciate your advice!
