Is this the same product

I like Calista Intensify volumizing styling foam but it's no longer available.  Im wondering if A451342 Calista Embellish textruizing foam is the same product.

I also purchased the new Embellish and it's definitely not the quality of the original.  I find it annoying when manufacturers lessen the quality if a product while still claiming it's the same.  I even asked CS if there would be a recall due to a decrease in quality.  They said they received no complaints.
