bunny, I'm nearly 66 and my hair is getting thinner , especially in the crown area, have you considered Tea Tree, it's great for thinning hair. I've started using Tea Tree oil about 4 times a week as an over night treatment to see if that helps also. I've been going through menopause since I was 37, didn't really effect my hair until the last few years though. Good luck with what ever you decide.

okiebug, Thanks for the warm welcome. Smile It's true about those new to this product or the ones about to take the leap such as myself. Now I can't wait to try it.

I thought about Tea Tree as I love other products with the Tea scent. Thanks for posting about your experience with it and thinning hair due to menopause. It scares me a little to be thinning on my crown and on the right side of my head too.
Maybe I should try that too along with the Sweet Almond Mint that I just ordered? I think I will...Thanks again.

Hi Ladies . I love and use Wen every day, I actually have had a drain issue in my bathroom! I think it is simply a little build up from the Wen and is easlity taken care of with some drain cleaner or a really hot water drain cleaning. The stuff is super conditioning ,so it is possible it could stick up the drain. Just saying, I am still using it.

Doglvr, wow that was extremely rude.

I'm a new wen user, and I love the results. Zero hair loss, wish I would have started using it years ago then maybe I wouldn't have such damaged hair.

Thanks serenna. It's also nice to hear from a new WEN user.

Don't drop whole great big globs down the drain and it won't clog, it needs to be mixed with water! A great big glob doesn't dissolve that well, I have been using Wen two plus years and still have my hair and no plumbing bills. The only thing I use on my drains is vinegar and baking soda every couple of months.

Hi ninjasmom! Thank you for sharing your experience. I knew I read about this and thought about pouring hot water down the drain just in case. I will also do the hot water thing as it wouldn't hurt.

Thanks again!

Thank you Treeinwind! I will make sure to mix it with water.

I am a WEN convert but it took me a while to become one. Used the product on and off until I realized you cannot get the great results Chaz talks about until you stop shampooing your hair. With all the talk of the great value of buying the gallons( of which I bought three and already have four other fragrances of), people may just want to hear everyone's opinions on the product. It is very expensive and it's use takes a learning curve to get the right results for your own hair type. Shelling out $177 plus s&h and tax whether on easy pay or not is an investment. To be cautious not knowing the consequences on your hair or your home is smart if you never used the product before and you might be interested in jumping on the gallonpalooza wagon. When you say 'do us a favor' are you referring to the rest of us because if you are Buck-I-nana count me out! I would never be that harsh, judgemental and dismissive to someone just asking for advice. Instead, do ME a favor and move on if you can't find kind words for a fellow customer seeking advice. Life is too short to read posts from someone that is bitter and aggravated and feels the need to lash out to someone on a friendly Community Board that QVC set up for all of us to share experiences and opinions. I don't think they intended this to be a sounding board for people like you who are obviously miserable. Ever hear the expression 'Be kind to one another? " Think before you type the next time Buck-u-nana. Your sentiments are not appreciated here.

Been using 4 years...no problems here. Now I do use it differently...I shampoo fist with a reg. shampoo and use WEN for my second cleanse...ore as a conditioner. It weighed my hair down to much when used 2x.

**Careful... I have caps lock and I am not afraid to use it.**
