Call CS - they can look up the tracking information if you used the return label and see that it's stuck somewhere. That happened to me last year and the rep went ahead and credited my account.

Mine is missing too, I shipped it back the day I got it ( jewelry) over a week ago.

Best I can tell, it seems to be taking them about a week and a half to process a return from the time they receive it. I'm sure are getting SLAMMED with Christmas returns right now.

I used Q's return label and took my package to the post office on 1/7/14 - it showed no movement at all until I called CS on 1/14. The rep said she would track it and see what happened. Two days later, it showed that the package was in Commerce, CA and then the next day it was in transit to Sparks, NV. If I had not called, who knows if the package would have ever been picked up. Next Tuesday, 1/21, it will be two weeks. At least I know the package is on its way back.

I have returned two items, almost at the same time. ne was for a wrong color recieved and the correct one is "in process" for the correct color.
The second item has fallen off the face of the planet but it hasn't been 17 business days yet. that one is a straight out return.
I may have 2 more but not sure about those yet.
