I have some returns from Xmas that have fallen off the face of the map. Some are just in Indiana after 3 weeks. I know we had snow but this is strange. I've never had a return cause me so many problems.

It might be possible that because the return policy was extended until January 31 (due to the holidays) that the return departments are crazy, crazy busy? Everyone sending in last minute items to get refunds? If you used the return label provided by QVC, you can track your return by going to Order Status and looking for that information.
If you shipped via UPS or USPS, you might also be able to track your return based on the service you used.

Yes. I returned a strand of Honora pearls on December 24, and I still don't have my credit yet. The box got there on December 27. (I used my own money to ship.)

I returned two, the latest last Tuesday the 7th. Both got there.

If it's still in transit, check with the carrier, they should be able to look into it, and if it hasn't moved in 3 weeks, they may need to put out a trace and open a claim.

Glad to see I'm not the only one experiencing issues! I sent a black spinel ring back to QVC just before New Year's. I used the Q return label & when I track it ""status unavailable"" comes up. It's been that way for well over a week now. I also returned a sweater to Sundance Catalog. I sent that back 12/28 and they still don't have it. Good thing I used their return label so they can see I'm trying to return it. I'm not really sure what's going on ~ I have a couple of jewelry items I'm considering sending back to JTV but I'm afraid to due to the tracking issues. I think if I do send them back I'll pay a little extra and send them either FedEx or UPS. I hope all of us can get these issues resolved and get our refunds shortly...

Remember also the weather hasnt been the best the last few weeks. I actually had order delayed a day because roads were still a mess last week.The tracking had it arrving but it said because of weather it was being delayed.

I'm sure the return dept is inundated with returns from Xmas plus the weather in some areas isn't helping.

UPS Tracking is off to. It is almost not updating until you have your package.
