yup. still have 5 things in the cart, deciding what to buy. everything is discounted except the first TSV(which would be my full price s & h item) and the seasonal...

I think it depends on where your items are coming from. You can pair two items and get discounted shipping, but swap one out for something else and the discount hoes away. It makes sense if you remember you can order three items and they separate it into two separate orders. So in the end, it depends on what you buy together.

I did not call, because I decided to wait on the Seasonal 32 oz. I personally like SHP and might grab another 16 oz of that instead.

I think Kjelle might be right, in that it depends exactly what we buy. I originally had 2 different 613 items in my cart (the spray and the cream) and they were both showing discounted shipping. I ended up just getting the cream and I paid full shipping (for both the TSV and the 613 cream). I am too tired to call CS and ask if that is correct

seriously? So all companies should always warn us they are going to come out with other stuff well in advance so we don't buy their current offerings? That is just silly and NO company does that nor is it realistic to expect any to do that.

Well YES! Other companies I shop with have made adjustments for me THE CUSTOMER when similar discrepancies occur. They keep my business and goodwill which I appreciate and pass along to other shoppers. I want what works for me and my budget and needs so if QVC isn't concerned about keeping my business I'll stop buying from them. I used to be in retail and as much as it bugged me I had to practice "The Customer is Always Right!". Really now don't you feel better about spending your money with a company who gives you what you reasonably expect and ask for? If not you're another casuality & victim of the kind of trickery, whether intentional or not, practiced by companies too big for their britches. I hate feeling stuck with products I "settled" for at the time. The minute I saw this Wen TSV I swore out loud! That's the exact kit I wished for when the BGT came out --- I'm new to Wen and so happy with the improvement in my hair but I'm on a budget where I also need to buy food and gas!! I wonder what answer the Customer Service will give me if I ask for a credit against the new kit which is the same price as the solitary bottle I signed up for & if they will exchange the other styling creams. It never hurts to ask but I'd like to hear their answer to my request. Don't worry -- I will keep my issue to myself. I'm tired of your sanctimonious pointless comments.

I ordered 2 tsvs and 2 of the fall scents and I did not get a discounted shipping for the 1st fall scent. You need to call up customer service.

QVC lost out because I redid my order or I rethought my order and just did the 2 tsvs in bgt and pom.

I ended up chatting with two different online help associates who weren't much help prior to calling in and speaking to customer service who figured out that one of the items was being shipped ups and the other was being shipped via either fed ex or usps. By changing the shipping method on the non UPS one to UPS I was able to lower the shipping on the second item finally. Thank you all for your help, I hope this works for others as well.
