I placed the TSV and seasonal AD in my cart and the shipping is still full price on both items. Shouldn't the shipping on the 2nd item be 1/2 off?

my cart currently has 6 things (as I decide) and all have the discounted shipping but the seasonal is showing full price... (as well as the TSV, which is my full price shipping item)

I am not sure what I am doing, but if I have to call I will wait a bit to give the cust service team a break

Different item number often results in full shipping for the second item unless there is a special offer going.

Did anyone get an email saying ""FREE SH ON OVER $50 PURCHASE UNTIL 9/4 (I think)"" ??? So I just ordered the Wen TSV and it's $8 SH !!! And I'm also miffed as I've already been on AD for just the 32oz BGT CC for about the same price!!! I wanted a styling cream but no BGT so I got 2 Pom also on AD. I feel a bit gipped as its too late to return the first orders. This has happened before with other brands and I end up resenting the ""switcheroo"". Anyone want 2 POM styling creams??? Chaz needs to get it together with his product offerings and give us a heads up so we don't buy things we later regret. Hummppfff!!!

seriously? So all companies should always warn us they are going to come out with other stuff well in advance so we don't buy their current offerings? That is just silly and NO company does that nor is it realistic to expect any to do that.

I got the discount. I ordered the FAS and pomegranate glossing hair serum duo and got the discounted shipping.

for some reason, the seasonal 32 oz won't show up with discounted shipping, no matter how I rearrange my cart..... fyi

Are you ordering more then one item...because I was able to by putting it in my cart?
