Is anyone having issues changing their auto-delivery dates?

I had pushed back Tarte's 3rd and final installment of Tarte's September 2010 TSV about a month or so and when I called to get it pushed back up the customer service woman told me it couldn't be done. It's set to ship out on June 1 and I know it's not that big a deal since it's only a week or so away, but in the past I never had a problem changing dates. Has anyone else had issues with auto-delivery dates lately? The woman told me their auto-delivery system had changed around May 18, but I didn't ask about specifics.
