Is anyone else having difficulty with the Philosophy site?

I swear this is the most tempermental site I have ever been on! So I am trying to take advantage of the sale. Add items to my cart, pick out the samples I want (doing all of this thru Mr. Rebates), when I get to the select your shipping page (which for me will be $5.95 because I didn't reach $50) it won't let me. There is also no "continue" button to select to go on with the transaction. I have tried doing it on my current browser and googlechrome. I then went and tried it without going thru MR REBATES and it allowed me to choose shipping and continue. I didn't complete the transaction yet because I want the rebate!! Why won't it let me do it??
