Is Perricone Making My Skin Dry?

I have gone back to Perricone after a years break and am seeing some fine wrinkles that were not there before. I added my Dior L'Or De Vie La Creme today as the last step. Any Suggestions? I have nice skin, it does tend to be dry. Oh, those fine wrinkles are on each side of my marionette lines (which are not there because I have a filler injected in that aread)
