Is Josie Maran Self tanning oil???

I didn't get a chance to see this yesterday on the Q so I lost out in even getting a chance to buy it for the first time.  So my question is- Is this Self tanning oil worth it? and does anyone know when it will be coming back?

       Thank you Smiley Happy

Re: Is Josie Maran Self tanning oil???

I bought it at Sephora a couple of weeks ago & love it. I use it on my face instead of foundation & apply it with a brush. Very natural looking.
The SKINN Bronzing Radiance Oil would do the same thing if you want to use it on your body. The SKINN product is equally good if not better for body.

Re: Is Josie Maran Self tanning oil???

I just recently purchased it; used it for the first time this past week. I found it to be really good! It went on easily and surprisingly easy without streaking. Normally, I'm a disaster with self-tanning products, so I actually don't know what got into me when I ordered it----but I'm so glad I did! It's expensive but you don't need to use very much.....plus, application is everything and it's the easiest I've ever used.

@MeadowLark,I do not think the skin bronzing oil is the same thing .I use it a lot  and have been using it for a few yrs but it is a little different and it doesn't actually tan your skin like the tanner does. Most of it  will wash off in the shower. I do use it though and I do love it.I use it for emergencies when I need a quick color and daily in the summer as a booster.

@MALTESE momma & @MeadowLark - you can purchase the SKINN at Evine. I do stand corrected because JM is a self-tanner and the SKINN is a bronzing oil. However, for me the JM also washes off. It is an awesome product but it is not a buildable, lasting product like some self-tanners ( YMMV).
An inexpensive but excellent product for self-tanning is Jergens. It does last if you use it daily and is a very natural tan (not orange) color.

Re: Is Josie Maran Self tanning oil???

I love this oil!  I have used St Tropez for years, (still do but Q doesn't have the mousse much now)...so I tried the oil and it is awsome...I don't use it everywhere as it's not a large size, so I use it mostly on my arm and chest area, and use the St Tropez else where..

I hope JM makes it in a larger size and on auto-del....It does not streak and I can use it right before bed...she has it on her website last I checked...Smiley Happy

I just ordered the other day, for the first time, and am looking forward to trying it.  I haven't had great experiences with self-tanners up until now.

Chisos, I agree Jergens is a great lotion self tanner, easy to appy and no orange for me.  Also can get medium or dark.  I use summer and winter after shower.
