My New Beauty Test Tube arrived yesterday!! Yippee!!!! After looking forward to trying Exfolikate all afternoon, I used it last night. Within two seconds of applying it to my skin, I started feeling a stinging. In just another few seconds, the stinging turned into more of a burning feeling. I know there some products that are supposed to sting and that indicates the product is working. However, this was more than stinging. I washed it off immediately. This morning, my cheekbones were still red. Has this ever happened to anyone else? I use Tretinoin cream every other night and am wondering if this has made my skin more sensitive. I have never had this reaction with Principal Secret or Patricia Wexler's scrubs. I believe I will save Exfolikate for my hands. What do you think?
