I am an Inside Q subscriber and have been for several years. I used to be able to access it online but haven't been able to for quite some time. I still continue to get the hard copies but no matter what I type in the search box on QVC.com it does not come up. I've noticed in some of these beauty threads over the last year or so that many of you have the same problem but yet there are a lot of you who are able to access it online. I spoke with QVC customer service and they didn't have an answer but said they would escalate it to be known and possibly a solution to this weird problem.

Why don't you send an e-mail directly to the editor of the Insider. I did this about two years ago and my issue was handled promptly.

I forgot to add. Since you have stated that you use to be able to access it online, then go into the old link and it will automatically route you to the new issue.

Unfortunately, I don't remember what the original name was before they changed it to Inside Q or the Insider.

They always send me an email with the link. If you're not getting the email, call and tell them that.

The Insider is no longer on this site. It's external, which is why you can't get it the old fashioned way.

As suggested, email the Insider or call their special phone # and they will fix you up. I had to email them because I no longer get the paper copy or the email with the link. Troy just responded by email with the link and said to use that going forward. So, they didn't fix anything and apparently aren't interested in fixing anything.

But at least I can still see it online and order.
