Going, then, back to Post #28, was this Perricone product that started this subthread a sunscreen product? If not, then if it listed the inactive ingredients in alphabetical order, it would be out of compliance; right?
Cool. Then we can put this to bed now. After all, I think you and I were the only ones awake here anyway. 
Seriously, though, good to know that it's only applicable for sunscreens and not all OTC type products. I had a pretty good hunch that the listing by predominance is a very important part of the legislation regarding cosmetics.
