In process for 10 days?

Did anyone else order the Doll 10 lipsticks and glosses?  Did they ship? I just checked and I ordered them on December 3rd and its still in process? The product was available when I ordered. I wonder why it hasn't shipped?

Have a you tried contacting QVC's customer service?
