In Motion Compact Elliptical (TSV) or Brenda Dygraff Air Climber????

I'd really like some opinions on these two machines! I'm thinking of getting the TSV. I haven't exercised in years and need to lose some weight. I have one bad need(had arthroscopic surgery) and need to begin some kind of exercise that I can do at home. I like that these are small and can be done while watching TV. The TSV says it can also be done while sitting! As a newbie to exercise I want to start slow. Opinions Please! TIA
