In A Hair Styling Rut... Need Ideas!

I have shoulder length keratin treated hair (it's thick and straight). I've been wearing it down most days and to work... but feel like I would like to change the style up from time to time. I used to be more adventerous in my teens with different styles.

I'm growing it out... it's still a little short for a ponytail... but I welcome ideas for pretty ways to style hair, with barrettes, headbands, etc.
