I'm 53 and have been using Retin A for three years. Just wondering if I should be including a peel? There are AHA's and BHA's. It seems very confusing to me!
My routine is in the morning wash using Olay Regenrist which is a exfoliating cleanser. I use Regenerist serum for daytime moisturizer. At night I wash with Bare Escentuals Purifying Facial Cleanser (very gentle), Neutrogena Alcohol Free Toner, wait 10 minutes and apply Retin A.
My skin is normal, not oily or too dry, or overly sensative either.
Thanks for any help!
