I ordered the Perilier Red Gold Beauty Trio about an hour ago, item #165-819. I went into my account to look at something and noticed it said "back ordered" with the estimated hipping of March 29th. I called customer service because I thought even though I ordered before it sold out, maybe I did something wrong and missed it. In their sales pitch Skip kept saying we brought this amount in and won't get this trio again this year. Well, HSN doesn't have it in and won't get any in until late march. Not once did they say this is advanced sales, which it is. I am not going to cancel because the price was great and I have been wanting to try a pomegranate skin care line, but they should have told us and also had it with the item number. They always let us know here at QVC. I am just letting you know if ordered it and stat to wounder in a couple of weeks where your products are, (not at hsn) but will ship March 29th. Very bad customer service in my opinion. This is just for the Red Gold Beauty Trio, NOT the top value. Just FYI.
