IT cosmetics brow gel.....Can I add?

I have an IT cosmetics waterproof brow gel and it is getting very dry.  Do you think I could add some argan oil go make it creamy and and little more moist so it is easier to use?  Or, would this ruin it?  Any other suggestions??

Doesn't hurt to try.  Use a toothpick to stir it.

I just use a tissue to take a very thin layer off the top which then exposes the hydrated product.
