There HAVE been a lot of foundation TSVs in the last few years. I love It's CC Foundation, it's currently my fav and if I'm on a run, I'll put a squirt of my serum or face cream with it to dilute it a bit and rub it in for a more natural look.
I love BBUE and the palette looks awesome, but can pass on the eye pencil and foundation. I have a similar brush already. I still have the foundation and bought it when people were having problems with film on it, so I am unsure how it is now. Technically, the concealer and palette could cover the price, but Urban Decay's N*ked line has palettes with the three right now. I also don't like the Shipping and Handling plus tax. Watch, I'll give in once it comes to almost sell-out!

I'm 54, with combo skin and no wrinkles but when I used this foundation, I looked 64. I wish she would do a TSV without a foundation...I'll have to pass because of the foundation. Hope you ladies enjoy your kit!!That's good to know. Maybe this won't work for me either as I'm so dry now. I have the medium in the It cc cream and like it. I should probably cancel my order and stick with the more moisturizing formula.

I won't try it out on my face in the stores because its a compact but did on my hand and I would wear the shade Med. It seems like a great makeup if you need to hide alot of redness etc. I don't have those issues so I passed on the tsv. I saw it on the more mature model & thought she looked older with it on and her lines were more pronouned.
But those who do use it & like it, the tsv was a great buy.

I am also agonizing over the color. I am oily skinned so I like a powder foundation. If there was a light/medium I wouldn't hesitate. Light is too light for me but medium may be too dark. I'd probably select medium if I had to. I'm not feeling so great so I don't have the energy to run to stores and try it out. Will think about it some more, don't know if I will order.

I use a Chanel Vitalumiere for winter and Les Beiges All in One Healthy Glow Fluid SPF 15 for summer (color No. 40 in both formulas). Its a medium coverage and the finish is beautiful. Hope this link works cuz Im on my iPad. http://www.chanel.com/en_US/fragrance-beauty/LES-BEIGES-138300On 6/21/2014 Bianca said: I'm on the fence because I hate all powder foundations, I think they make your skin look older because it gives a dry, flat look, but other items look nice. In this foundation I wear medium, but in the original BBUI I use Tan concealer.....I got the medium kit/TSV early and can wear the medium concealer if I have to.
Or should I say if I end up really liking it, I've only tried it once, I will wait until it is brought out as a single purchase and buy it then in Tan....I can use the medium in winter, or I can mix the two I have...just have to play with it some more.
I wear Medium Tan most of the time in BE, can mix in some Medium Beige but not MB full face, just a comparison in color !
I'm kind of same color as PinkyPetunia it sounds like. I'm just very dry skin..the Medium is not as dark as BE, Ready, Medium Tan is on me.

PinkyPetunia, the light shade is the Light/Medium. If you look on the product page it says that. I'm also a light medium but I think I'm going to pass. What doesn't make sense to me is that they are using the same brush to smooth the cream concealer, and then using it to apply the powder? There were film issues with the powder foundation and using a brush with cream already on it is going to cause a film to form.
There's also too much duplication in the TSV. If the foundation covers that well, why do you need a concealer under it if you don't have major things to cover? If the finish of the CF powder is so wonderful, why then do you need to use yet another powder over it to finish? The compact to too big to carry for touchup. Too many layers for me!

Then I hear Jamie say that light goes from light to medium. I changed back to light. I just wish that during the presentation she would have put up both light and medium compacts side by side so we can see the color difference. I'm sticking with light. I guess if it doesn't work out I can always return it.I have been thinking about the shade to all night!
(I have makeup addict's issues!
)
Woke up, watched the presentation and clicked on MEDIUM!
The shade was described as Universal!
Will shall see! EEEK! I'm excited!
It has arrived! It is PERFECT!!! <<happy dance>>
Love everything! So glad I grabbed a set! ![]()
