IT TSV Lipgloss Question

I purchased a lipgloss from a swap board that was advertised as "tested once". I receive the lipgloss today and it is half empty. I do not believe that the seller was honest and want to know if the gloss from the TSV was mostly empty when the people who purchased the TSV received their kit. She claims it must have leaked in shipping and if that was the case, it would have been rather obvious when I opened the package. I hate that I was lied to and taken.
