IT Illuminator Product Question ~

Hey Beauties ~ IT has two Illuminator products. Both come in a compact. One is Pressed Powder form, and the other is Pressed Cream form. I watched both videos, and they were each used the same. So, is the pressed powdered one for those who use powder foundation, and the cream one for those who use liquid foundations? Looks to me like both do the exact same thing.{#emotions_dlg.confused1}
