IT Illuminating Powder

I just got an email from Q tempting me with the IT illuminating powder and brush. I love their bronzer but did not like most products in the last TSV kit. The lippie turned a ghastly fuschia, blush not right for me, etc. so it went back. But, so many of you love this product. I know it's been brought up before but can you recap why you love it (or not) so much?
