Have any of you tried this new moisturizer that Jamie has made?
Because she consulted with Dermatologists and Plastic Surgeons, as she does on most of her products, I though it would be very rich so I tried it. I am sorry to say I am shiping it back in the morning as I find it too dry for my dry skin. I find many other products from different QVC vendors to be much richer and more moisturizing. It is very creamy and applies very nicely, but by noon I had to add more moisturizer as I felt my skin on my face drawing tight. This has never happened with any other products I have purchased from QVC.
I admire Jamie and use a few of her other products so I am sad this didn't satisfy my skin's needs. Have any of you tried it and what is your opinion?
Thanks.

Well, that's not a promising review. I was hoping this would be in her TSV to promote. Thanks for your experience. Wishing you the best.

@redhead65 I had loved it at 1st when on I got this in a kit on tv - there's still some in the tube BUT as I may have said on a post here in the Beauty forum I noticed the same thing :/
For being her new moisturizing cream, my dry skin but not THAT dry found it was not moisturizing enough AND this was after applying my rather heavy serum under it AND moisturizer plus primer.
So as I said on a post prior, her CC cream in a tube is a close dupe in my opinion or better then this newer one, her CC in a tube feels more moisturizing. As you say the newer one gave a sort of tighter feeling on the skin.. I hear ya.
It covered well and I liked that but have a slew of cc and bb's and other foundations that do the same..yep..I'm a foundation lover and sample everything and try it all. This is newer one to me is getting so much hype on TV and I just do not get it? Maybe in the summer with less dry air it may be alright but doubt it...the color was even a bit too light for my light skin as well. I can't believe how much I loved it when I 1st used it?
I'll be trying her CC in the tube tomorrow, it's hidden under so many bb's in my arsenal just to compare again...curious!
BTW I do enjoy many of her products.

@redhead65, I was intrigued by this cream when I first saw it listed here. My skin is dry and some creams just don't cut it. Since I like to wear an SPF with my face cream, I will be sticking with Josie Maran SPF 47. This stuff does not fail me even by the end of the day.

Thank you for this honest response. We agree on everything it seems. I do love her CC cream in the tube and have been wearing it for a very long time. I enjoy so many of her products and am sad for all of us who find the "Confidence Cream" too drying. Perhaps in the future she might adjust it. My skin reacted like yours. Get that CC cream out from under your stash! I hope you love it as much as I do. I always wear a serum then a moisturizer underneath it or any foundation and it works beautifully in the "fair"for my skin. But applying it with the swirling foundation brush by Doris Dalton has improved the look extensively!
I hope you find your Holy Grail foundation. I love it myself even though I don't need to wear any. I just love the look and feel of it.
Have a great weekend!![]()

Hi, maybe I'm the only one, but I am loving this cream. I have sensitive skin that's dry on the sides of my nose, and chin area.
im using my JeNu infuser with it at night, and my skin is very soft in the morning. That said, im using Volumagen as a moisturizer for day, so I'm not sure how it would work as a day cream under makeup. The infuser is a definite help IMO.

Thanks for the info! I loved the Josie Milk product, but after awhile it clogged my pores, so I stopped using it. I think I'll use up this jar of the IT cream, and see what I think at that time. The Volumagen cream has definitely plumped up my skin, and has really made my fine lines better. I also believe the JeNu is helping a great deal.

I actually feel somewhat annoyed about this product. It has so many ingredients it seems like that would create more potential for your skin to find something to be irritated by. Also the inclusion of irritating oils and jar packaging while marketing it as being formulated by drs rubbed me the wrong way.

I bought her makeup remover balm, and got a 1/2 oz. sample of the Confidence in a Cream. I expected nothing, but I really like it. No matter what goes on my face under it, I get no balling up, no rolling off, etc. Just soft moisturized skin.
I got the Neck cream in the last TSV, and I like that, too. Both have like a zillion ingredients in it, and I don't expect any miraculous changes, but both sure feel good on my dry skin.
