I had to send mine back. Light was too dark and fair was too light. I wanted to like it so bad. I wanted a all in one product with high spf. I am in my 50's and it emphasized my pores and fine lines.

I have now found Missha Perfect color and I love it. First I got the 21 and it was very nice, but since then I ordered the 13 and it is even better. You can get it on Amazon for less than 12 dollars. You would probably need 23. It is very forgiving. It just seems to know your skin. SPF 43. I wear 21 everyday and if I know I'm going out I wear 13 or Missha Cho Bo Yang. Cho Bo Yang is thick with more coverage, spf 30.

THANK YOU for chiming in!! & I am happy I am not alone regarding the Josie. I'm still not sure if I will keep the kit since really the only thing I might use is the milk on my face becasue in the past the oil would break me out. LOVE the color tube but it's not worth the price of the kit and it doesn't have good staying power. I suppose I would rather return it and use that $$ to get something that works rather than keeping items I'm not sure I will use......

I know what you mean. It occurred to me to return it, but i do use and love the oil at night, have been wanting to try the milk (and love it) and isn't the creamy oil tube a beautiful color? So I"m just hoping that the SPF will work for the winter months. I live in the desert SW, so will definitely still need high SPF all winter. Even if it doesn't end up working out, the rest of the kit is worth the price to me.

Medium in "most" brands is to dark for me but sometimes light is to light. I'm that Light/Med shade I guess you would say LOL

It sounds like we have about the same skin tone. I wear Fairly Medium in BE Original too, and tried Light in the IT CC Cream, and it was a decent match for me (Medium is usually too dark for me in most everything, except BE Original Medium when I have a tan). I wanted to like the CC Cream since it sounds amazing, but for me it was too drying. I hope it works for your skin! I know a lot of people do love it.

I wear the fair & light cc cream mixed together, but the BBUE in medium. Confusing!!

The Medium CC Cream may not look too much dif than the Light, but it was definitely too dark for me. What is the BBUE? That medium looks like it would really work for pink undertones!

Oohh it just came to me, BBUE = Bye Bye Under Eye (duh @ myself). Too bad they didn't make a foundation that color.

I have the IT last TSV with the super size of foundation/CC. I got it in light. I could wear both light or medium/light in BE but in the IT the light is the best for me. It is heavier feeling on than I am use to but gives good coverage. I apply it using my real techniques expert face brush using a circular motion all over.

I do prefer the last Mally TSV with her liquid foundation(compact but liquid), love this whole kit, first time I ever got a kit I love everything in it. I got light and medium, sent the medium back, light is perfect. I love the look and feel of this when going on and when on. I will say it does wear well. DH was at both the hospital than a rehab(Lyme disease) and I was there by 7:30 AM till I went out for dinner around 6 than right back till at least 11 PM, only thing I had to touch up was my lipstick. I do use and love the IT stain stick duo, don't use it on my cheeks but a great lip stain.

I have normal to dry skin. Both of these are buildable, just depends on which you prefer. I prefer the look and feel of the Mally liquid foundation in the compact and is great for summer, not heavy feeling as the IT is on me but up to each since both are so different.

BTW Rite Aid has L'Oreal on sale this week, foundation is 20% off and I also like the new Blur foundation(use 204 creamy natural) which is just a tad more than a tinted moisturizer. The Tru Match is also very nice and is buildable. I use 3N in that, Tru Match.

Hi I am an IT girl these days. I tried the Illuminating Celebration Foundation. I am 56 years young and I LOVE IT. Is the original Celebration Foundation as good. The Illumination Foundation makes my skin glow. Was wondering what any other IT girls think??

Sandgirl, I only tried the Celebration foundations on my hand at Ulta. Sorry, not sure which shade you or I would be, I have wondered that too. It seemed sort of dusty on my hand but probably looks better on the face.

Very interesting thread. I may have to try this cc cream sometime. I have a couple of different bb and cc creams that I am currently using. I sometimes use them first and add mineral foundation. Great results using both of these products together.

I like the CC cream a lot. I've been using it for a few months now. I cannot feel it on at all. I'm not a big fan of "illuminating" I think it comes from having oily skin in my teens but I'm paranoid about being shiny and I thought the fair was may have been a tad too dark (but I go back and forth on that).... Anyway... I do put LG BB on top of it and I am super happy again

Like sueb27 I don't tend to reorder things but I will be picking up another CC cream when I'm almost out of this one, even though I put the powder over it. Its that good
