My favorite eyeliner rim recommendation is Sephora Retractable Waterproof Eyeliner for $12.  I've purchased it over and over.  (The one with the sponge on the end.)  I apply and wipe the sponge over it and it lasts all day).

I picked up some Malani gel shadow in their navy and use the flat angled brush that came with the BE Retro kit.  One dollar at the Dollar Tree and it last all day.
