I was sent the wrong scent!

I posted a few days ago about ordering the POM TSV but wavering between it and the SAM. I decided to stay with the POM but recieved the SAM today! I called CS and at first it was not pretty. They pretty much said we're sold out, too bad...so sad. I asked for a manger and was told one would call me back. I called CS again to see if I got a different answer. Her "fix" to my problem was to make me wait until they recieved and processed my return, then give me a QVC credit for the order and then I could buy the individual pieces...and pay the difference in cost! NEARLY LOST MY MIND!

No supervisor ever called me back, but the original CS rep did. He had a fix and I am pleased with his offer, though I wish I had the POM in hand to try! He told me to keep the pumpkin (which smells divine) and to send back the CC and RTM and he is in turn sending me out, today, a 32oz POM and 2 6oz RTM's. I think thats fair and am pleased that he found a solution for me.

I'm so excited to get in the showing in the morning and wash my hair with the pumpkin!
