I received the Balance and Brighten

today as I wanted to give it a try as I am usually a BE lady and when I opened the compact the whole product came out in a lump on my pants. It was in one solid piece but looked ready to crumble. I ordered the one without the brush which says new but I do not know if it is or not. I just said darn it and got it ready to mail back after calling customer service. I don't know if I will try again or not. Maybe this was a sign to stick with BE.
