So I ordered the new Laura Geller Sweet Bloom collection last week and when I received it yesterday it was used! I wrote to Laura on Facebook and this is our convo...
Me: Hi Laura, I just start out by saying how much I absolutely love you and your products. Last week I purchased your Sweet Bloom collection from QVC, and when I received it today, I was sent used product. The eyeshadow was missing, the blush was shattered and the lip gloss had obviously been used several times. I am so incredibily upset! Will you be bringing this collection to any other sites so I can get it there? Thanks girl ?

While I'm still upset about this, I'm really impressed that Laura got back with me. The Q is replacing the collection but I wont have it for another 2 weeks. Has this happened to anyone else?
