I need help with QVC and customer service.

I know that this is not a beauty subject. However, I am at my wits end and I am not sure what else to do. I purchased a Dell Computer this past Friday. I selected the 6 easy payments option, and finished the deal. That is how the story usually progresses but not this time. The first thing that I noticed is that I did not receive the confirmation e-mail from QVC. I have ben shopping for over a year and this has never happened. Every purchase that I have ever made I immediately receive a confirmation e-mail straight to my BB. I let an hour pass and it just kept bothering me so finally I log back on to my computer. QVChad charged me the entire amount for the computer. I immediately called back and spoke with the first unhelpful customer service agent. Who could not explain to me why that had happened and that her supervisor was away from her desk and would return in about an hour. (are you kidding me?) I was getting nowhere with her and reluctantly agreed to wait for her supervisor to return. That semi-calm lasted for about five minutes. I could not stand it and had to call back. The second agent tells me that they have to send a request to the powers that be to cancel the order, because at this point this is what I want to do. I receive an e-mail stating that they have to contact the vendor directly and that this could take up to two days. It's now Tuesday and the order still has not been cancelled. I have contacted customer service again, and was told to wait another day. It has been three days. Dell is located in Texas. The computer was not even supposed to ship until June. I don't understand what is causing the delay in cancelling the order. This whole experience has just left a ver sour taste in my mouth with QVC, especially since it seems that you can never talk to "The powers that be" and receive a timely resolution to your problem. QVC I am sure is a billion dollar company, and this is the best that they can do.
