Yes, I bought some off eBay to try. I don't have dry skin under my eyes normally, but this irritated and dried my skin out. I'll probably just get surgery at some point and be done with it!

@monicakm   I read and checked on the use of this under the eyes. It does contain harmful ingredients if it gets in your eyes. It states it "could cause cataracts and glaucoma". That would scare ME away and only use it where intended.

It does contain hydrocortisone which can cause "thinning of the skin, fragility and enlarged blood vessels. It can also affect the adrenal gland".

@Shanus

It doesn't contain cortisone. Their anti-itch cream does. Here are the ingredients I found on the manufacturer's (GSK Canada) for PH cream:

Contains: Yeast as a live cell derivative (Bio-Dyne: Skin Respiratory Factor) 1.0%. Non-medicinal Ingredients: Butylated hydroxyanisole, cellulose, cetyl alcohol, citric acid, disodium edetate, glycerin, glyceryl monostearate, glycerol oleate, lanolin, parabens, petrolatum, propyl gallate, propylene glycol, simethicone emulsion, sodium benzoate, sodium lauryl sulfate, stearyl alcohol, water, xanthan gum.

Biodyne is the ingredient which was once in all PH creams but has since been removed in the US formulation. Canada still has it.

Amazon in Canada online has this in the title for PH cream:

"Canadian Preparation H Cream with Bio-dyne Large 50 Gram size. Bio-Dyne, a natural yeast cell extract, is The Models' secret for younger looking eyes"

Didn't this stuff used to have a ingredient derived from sharks? I remember reading about it a long time ago but they stopped using it because of the controversy and it being outlawed?

That is awesome!  LOL!
