I never order makeup from tv--but I caved and ordered this because it looks awesome! But I have a question. Can you use moisturizer under the powder foundation? I keep thinking it will stick in globs to the moisturizer, do you know what I mean? Oh I lied-- I have one more question. For those of you who have used it, how do you like the vanilla highlighter? It's not shimmery is it? Thanks ladies!
