Thank you!  We had a wonderful time & we did enjoy an adult beverage (or 2 Woman Tongue).  We also had a designated driver.  It's a long drive from Waikiki to the other side of the island!

Re: I'm Sure We ALL Know To Remove Makeup @ Night

Even when I was in college and came in very early in the morning after a night partying with friends, sometimes barely able to stand, I ALWAYS took my makeup off and washed my face.

I've never gone to bed with makeup on, even on my wedding night!

Mom taught me well. I think she started when I was about three!  Smiley Wink

I've been to Waikiki.  The first time, we got to our hotel in the middle of the night.  Now, legend has it there were nekkid hippies sleeping on the beach.  My brother and I have told that story 1000 times.  I'm just not sure if it was true lol  We told it as truth but how could that be legal?  Course it was the early 70s so maybe it was just tolerated back then.  What kind of drink did you have?  I have maybe two a year.  For years it's been Bahama Mama but a few weeks ago I had a Pina Colada. Soooo good!

There certainly aren't nekkid beaches here...at least not legal...LOL! We went to dinner at a traditional Japanese restaurant (not a sushi restaurant), so I had plum wine.  Typically, if we go to an American restaurant, I'll have a Mai Tai or a Lava Flow (basically a Pina Colada with strawberry sauce lining the glass).  It's really more of a dessert drink, but I've been known to start my meal with dessert...HA!
