Re: I love, love ,love NEST perfume

I purchased one of the samplers because I was anxious to try, even though there are so many negative reviews.  I was pleasantly surprised that they are wearable if used sparingly.....  and shocked that there is one that I actually LOVE and will purchase in a large size.  I LOVE PARADISE.   I have used it every day for the past week and can't get enough of it.   It has citrus undertone with a slightly tropical note as well.   OMG...  it's so wonderful.    I'd like to try the citrine next.

I have been wanting to try this line, but am turned off due to the reviews.  Some love it, some not so much.  Which do you have?  I was thinking of trying Midnight Fleur Soleil, but it is not in the sampler sets QVC offers.

@Shaunac  The one I love is Midnight Fluer.I have not tried the others

Re: I love, love ,love NEST perfume

I purchased a sampler set of NEST fragrances from Sephora last year.  I ended up purchasing some Midnight Fleur spray perfume, body cream, and a rollerball bottle to keep in my purse.  I've been wearing this scent most of the fall and winter.  I'm now thinking about moving toward a different daytime scent for the spring and summer.  Midnight Fleur would probably still be fine for evening.

For anyone that's interested in trying before committing, sample vials can often be found on eBay.

I normally do not wear perfume, but last summer I purchased her seven-piece set of EDP mini dabbers, which was only $34. I was specifically interested in the Midnight Fleur, but thought this would be a chance to try several others of hers. If you are interested in trying this set, it is A270571. It is an inexpensive way to try her many scents. Heart

The set includes Midnight Fleur, Dahlia and Vines, Indigo, Amazon Lily, Passiflora, White Sandalwood, and Paradise; or at least it did last year. The scents may have changed.

These are itty-bitty little bottles (0.1 fluid ounces) and I have been rotating them, a different one each day that I dab behind my ears.

I like all of them. And what really surprises me is that I have hardly put a dent in the level left in each bottle. It goes a long, long way for me. I would never purchase her full-size bottles, because it is taking me too long to use these up. I haven't even used up 1/2 of each bottle. Maybe I should be dabbing a lot more on me. Smiley LOL

Isnt it great when you find a fragrance that calls to you?

My three favorites are Citrine, Dahlia, and Paradise. I tend to ignore the other bottles I have... well except for Indigo. I do use that one on occassion.

Fragrance is so subjective. I've tested all the Nest perfumes at Sephora, and the only one I recall liking even just a little bit was Indigo -- but it definitely wasn't bottle-worthy for me.

As for the woman's demeanor and style, I know what she's going for, but I find it affected and somewhat distracting.

Beautiful packaging but I think perfume has got to be one of the most difficult items to buy online if you haven't tried it.  Even more than makeup in my opinion.

I wanted to love Midnight Fleur so badly.  I was on the fence about ordering it a zillion times.

One day when I was in Nordstrom, I saw Nest candles and reed diffusers.  I'm so glad I didn't oder it because I don't think I would like it at all.

Laura sure does a good job of making you think everyone is going to love it.  LOL

The two Nest fragrances I do like that QVC does not presently carry are  White Sandalwood and Paradise.

I think the vendor would look better with hair that is not quite so high.  I think it ages her.  Very much.  She's attractive and pleasant enough, but her hair is a little much for me.
