My sister bought it and waited the 10 minutes.  She said it felt a little tight, but disappeared as soon as she applied foundation. She did not use an oil foundation before anyone asks.

I hope it works for you! I read online reviews when i started seeing the ads on tv.  65 percent said it works Smiley Happy
