they shipped one anyway. I spoke to someone on the phone on Monday in the a.m. to cancel both orders because it was 10 days and still did not ship. I only received one email that one order was cancelled so I sent an email to them. They did not respond and instead hours later shipped the other order. Wait until I receive it (I may keep it) but I am certainly going to talk to someone about this. That is not customer service. I know Trish was affected by the Hurricane but then she sent an email and everything was A-OK. Some of these companies need to hire additional help when they have promotions.
