I called Isomers re ShopHQ

So here is what was told to me about returning to Shop HQ:

It was confusing as stated by the person who answered the phone and she had to keep checking w someone else BUT this was best I could get:

Manuela will still be on HSN cause it is TV channel.

She is moving products to Shop HQ also because it is a social media platform.

What was confusing to me is that the person said she will still be presenting on Shop HQ. I took that to mean that maybe live streaming

Products listed right now are fresh products

They do not have an actual date for the presentation of products and or how they will present

Please note: I cannot guarantee that all this info is 100% correct because, as I said, the person who answered the phone had to put me on hold to ask someone else. I believe that Isomers will probably make their own announment as time goes on. I just wanted some kind of answer from them for direction.

It always seemed odd to me that Isomers was not on the shopping network in Canada called TSC out of Toronto, many US brands are on there.

it could easily be aired on both here and in Canada, many of the brands we get here on HSN and Q are on both.

After close to 25 years I am losing interest in Isomers. The marketing strategy is strange, the claims and before and afters are not believable and the sizes (decreassed) and the prices (increased) and the names and formulas underwent a lot of changes. There doesn't seem to be much interest on HSN. It's hard after years of dedication to leave but as I am now older than when I started, I am more relastic that claims don't translate into changes on the skin. Has anyone else been slowly leaving Isomers? Not a true customer service dept; it's one person who does put you on hold.
