I ordered the 4 pc 613 before last week-end. It shipped on 12/7. What arrived today was a PTR skin care system similar item # to the WEN. I called CS & there are no more to be sent! All they can do is issue a refund of all charges. I am hugely disappointed. I wanted the full submersion in 613 to try & this set was perfect! I feel like crying...
