I JUST MIXED RADIENCE WITH MY FOUNDATION: QUESTION!!

OK,,,I HAVE BEEN WEARING BE ON AND OFF FOR LIKE 10 YEARS. USED TO LOVE THE GLOW I WOULD GET WHILE WEARING IT,! NOW IT LOOKS FLAT ON ME AND MATTE?? DOES ANYONE THINK THEY CHANGED THE FORMULA, I NOTICED THIS CHANGE MAYBE LAST YEAR OR THE YEAR BEFORE>??

ANYWAY TO GET A BIT OF THE 'GLOW' BACK FROM MY FOUNDATION, I MIXED A RADIENCE WITH IT AND ITS REALLY NICE. GLOWEY AND DEWEY WITHOUT A 2ND STEP DO YOU THINK THIS IS OK TO DO, OR WILL IT MAYBE LESSON THE EFFECT OF THE SPF AND ALL THE GOOD BENEFITS ON THE MINERALS??
