Hyaluronic Acid ?

Is this the best ingredient for hydration? I need something to hydrate a lot without being oily. Is there a moisturizer or syrum that has this in it without to many chemicals? I need something to combat dryness due to products I have used and my skin reacted too.It was PTR Gycolic Cleanser the orange stuff.
