I switched from Wen to Hair One because its cheaper. Right now I'm very unhappy with this product because you can't empty the bottles. You dilute them with water and they just set up again into a gel that you can't drain out of the bottle after the pump stops working. I'm thinking I should be mixing something else in besides water. I've spent the past day emptying three bottles over several hours into one bottle with a funnel. It sort of works until something falls over and you have to clean up the floor. I don't remember Wen being such a problem, is it? I'll switch back if I can avoid this mess.
