I have about 50 brushes but use about 10 each day.

Angled brush for brows

2 concealer brushes, one for application and one for blending

Foundation brush 

Blush brush (I have different brushes for powder and cream blushes)

Bronzer brush

Powder brush

3 eyeshadow brushes

I need to stop buying brushes

Some days I use 2 or 3 brushes, some days I wind up using 12 brushes.

I like to have a backup for each brush I love.  That way if a brush needs to be washed or is on the rack drying, I have one to use.

Also, the formulas of the products I use vary enough that I have certain types of brushes I prefer for different products (e.g. a denser brush for less pigmented powder blushes and a fluffier one for higher pigment formulas).  I have a lot of products I rotate, and I like having brushes that work well with whatever I'm using.

I clean the brushes I don't prefer and donate them to Project Beauty Share.

Just three (but I have duplicates).  One for my eyebrows, one for bronzer and one powder brush that I use to blend.

(I use my fingers to apply eye shadow.)

I use one foundation brush (I use bare mineral original powder foundation

1 blush brush

1 eye (well rested-bare minerals) powder

1 fluff brush to apply my original mineral veil.

I did use eye shadows before pandemic hit. Now i just use my daily well rested as my eye shadow now since I don't go anywhere
